In order to help you find the answers to these and other questions, the church staff will be offering Starting Point on Sunday nights 6:30-8:00 pm beginning September 13 in the church Café.
Starting Point has three parts done in a fun and relaxing atmosphere; similar to our small group communities. Each part lasts for 4 weeks.
The first part is Growing, is covered in the first four Sundays. Here you can bring your questions about God, faith, Jesus Christ, church, etc. We will discuss basic Christianity and what unifies us in Jesus Christ.
In the second part, Serving, allows you to discover where you can make a difference in this world. Jesus said, “I did not come to be served, but to serve.” You will find your unique passions and God-given giftedness.
The third part, Reaching, equips you to give hope to friends and family in a world of discouraging news; Hope for the present and future. It will help answer the question "How can I be intentional with my investment in others and share my story of hope in Jesus Christ."
Who should attend Starting Point?
If you are new to E-Free and want to start out with a clear understanding, as well as make friends with other people new to E-Free, this is the place to get started
If you have attended E-Free for awhile, but want to learn more about our mission and the directions we are headed as a church before participating, this is the place to get started.
Sign up to attend the first Sunday; then you can choose to continue after that first meeting. You can sign up in any one of the following ways:
Write “Starting Point” on the registration form in the bulletin on Sunday Morning. Please place it in the offering plate.
