Fit for Life exists to passionately glorify God through a healthy holistic lifestyle. Various instructors will lead you each week through a variety of exercise classes including strength training, pilates, yoga, ZUMBA, step aerobics and boot camp type formats. The Fit for Life opportunity is free to the community! Just bring yourself and a friend and join others to receive encouragement and accountability to be a good steward of your physical health and wellness.
Fit for Life meets Saturdays from 9:30-10:30am. The next session begins September 11th and runs through November 20th. To register click here.
