MOPS - Mothers of Preschoolers
MOPS is targeted to moms who have kids ages newborn through kindergarten. MOPS is about:
- Celebrating motherhood
- Meeting needs
- Making connections
- Authentic community
- Personal growth
- Spiritual hope
We meet at E-Free on Thursday mornings from 9-11am beginning September 9 and continuing through December 2. We will meet again beginning January 13, 2011. To view the tentative MOPS Fall Schedule, click here.

This year's theme is Momology: The Art and Science of Mothering and you are invited to join us as we bridge the gap between art and science and support each other in the effort to shape healthy and resilient kids. This curriculum is designed to challenge and encourage us as we do mothering together!
As part of the MOPS International membership, moms will receive a one-year subscription to Momsense Magazine, weekly email messages and the book by Shelly Radic "Momology: A Mother's Guide to Shaping Great Kids".
A childrens program is offered during MOPS by the Anchors Away program in conjunction with the E-Free's SOS program for a nominal fee. To register your child(ren) for the fall Anchor's Away childrens program, click here.
